Streszczenie

Jedną z częściej stosowanych metod leczenia neurochirurgicznego dolegliwości bólowych kręgosłupa lędźwiowego jest laminektomia. Najczęściej stosowana jest ona w celu złagodzenia dolegliwości bólowych kręgosłupa lędźwiowego spowodowanych stenozą.
W większości znanych przypadków pacjenci po zabiegu laminektomii odzyskują sprawność powoli a dolegliwości bólowe mogą utrzymywać się nawet do 18 miesięcy po zabiegu.
W niniejszej pracy autorzy przedstawiają proponowany przez siebie algorytm postępowania fizjoterapeutycznego u pacjentów po zabiegu laminektomii lędźwiowego odcinka kręgosłupa.

Summary

One of the most frequently used methods of neurosurgical treatment of pain is the lumbar spine is laminectomy. Is typically performed to alleviate pain from lumbar spinal stenosis. In most known cases of lumbar laminectomies, patients tend to recover slowly, with recurring pain or spinal stenosis persisting for up to 18 months after the procedure. In this study authors presents the proposed algorithm for physiotherapy in patients after lumbar spine laminectomy.
